Cultures who haven’t grown up with sauna are discovering the wellness benefits of hot and cold therapy and experiencing a more immersive relationship with nature and the elements. Social connection is also an important part of the sauna experience.

Pop up
Private hire
You can book our sauna tent to come and set up in your garden or outdoor space. Perfect for spa days, sport and wellness clubs and any business wanting to add sauna to their offering.
Our pop up sauna comfortably accommodates 5 people at a time with a maximum capacity of 7 people. The tent reaches impressive temperatures for it’s build and we aim to keep it between 70 - 85 °C. Adding water to the rocks raises the humidity and essential oils can be added to the water bucket for added aromatherapy.
Hire fee:
Day hire for up to 4 hours of sauna use*
£250 - sauna tent + shower
£300 - sauna tent + shower + ice bath
This includes all wood used to heat the sauna, which is locally sourced and kiln dried by members of the ‘woodsure quality assurance scheme’, and sauna host to manage the stove and assist sauna users.
Access to site needs to be flat for wheeling in the stove and access to a water source needed for filling ice bath.
* additional travel fee may need to be added for locations outside of East Kent

We are excited to be at ‘Replenish Festival’ this year!
Alongside an amazing lineup of other wellness practices including Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation, Kirtan, Mindful Movement, Breathwork and Wellbeing Talks from curated industry specialists.
Tucked into the Essex countryside, the forest space is an idyllic location for you to rest, unwind and leave the responsibility of day-to-day life to one side.
Replenish Festival is bringing awareness to the work of Souljourn Yoga Foundation, a non-profit that raises awareness and funds for young women’s education around the world by using yoga as an inclusive vehicle for change. Proceeds will be donated to support girls’ education and women’s empowerment around the globe.
Campout

We are excited to be at Campout this August in Oxford for 4 days of co-creation, inspiration and celebration.
Campout is a grassroots family-friendly gathering focused on personal awakening and systems change.
This year we’ll inquire how a new counterculture can emerge as we explore community building, decentralisation, healthy living, personal empowerment and political transformation.
Campout offers you a rare opportunity to put your phone away and immerse yourself in nature to share ideas and explore new models for living in a rapidly changing world.
